Before opening First Fortune Realty Inc., Jerry Mohan was a Realtor working for Century 21 Tropical Springs. After working in the field and mastering the art of real estate under the supervision of Century 21, Jerry decided to start his own successful business specializing in residential real estate sales and management. Jerry's responsibilities include the day-to-day operations and management of the company.

Jerry Mohan graduated from University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business / E-Business. Jerry is continually attending the Gold Coast School of Real Estate to ensure he is always providing his clients with the highest standards the real estate industry has to offer.

Prior to his real estate career, Jerry was a part of the Distribution Management team for Motorola located in Plantation, FL. Jerry served Motorola for 7 years until he decided it was time to pursue a career of his own in 2001. He decided to venture into the real estate industry with the vision of opening his own real estate company. He then chose Century 21 to provide him with the training he needed.

Jerry Mohan is a member of the Greater Ft. Lauderdale board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Florida Association of Realtors.
